VRyu

VRyu is an interactive VR experience designed to teach newcomers about traditional Japanese swordsmanship, developed as part of a senior capstone project by students at Oregon State University.

We also collaborated with a mechanical engineering team who produced a fully 3D-printable controller attachment so that players can feel the heft of a real katana while practicing cuts! The files for this are downloadable with the game below.
